The role:

We are looking to appoint a Chair to lead and inspire, as well as championing our work and acting as an ambassador for the organisation. Your strategic insight will enable Community Integrated Care to raise its ambition and the expectations of what we can deliver for the people we support. You will bring extensive experience leading large complex organisations in either an executive or non-executive capacity where you have encouraged change and innovation, supported an inclusive and compassionate culture, and demonstrated a commitment to diversity at all levels.  

As the Chair of Community Integrated Care, you will have the opportunity to leverage the vision, influence and capability of highly skilled teams across the organisation. You will be leading an experienced and motivated board, where you will provide strategic direction, governance oversight and financial stewardship in line with statutory responsibilities. Demonstrating first-rate communication and interpersonal skills, you will develop a synergetic and productive relationship with the Chief Executive and Senior Leadership Team, sharing a commitment to our mission and working towards shared goals.
